Can't put away the boots just yet
Ssssnnnnooooowwww.
And more snoooooowww.
The felines are climbing the walls. Those walls needed to be repainted anyway.
The house is on solid ground and toasty warm.
The jeep is fun to drive in this and having a garage is the thing I am most grateful for this year, besides living in a no earthquake, war zone area. The only radioactivity I have to worry about is Thomas and not throwing his litter in the garbage for a few weeks.
It's all good.

melting the snow pack which worries me due to not only flooding but to the loss of valuable water for reservoirs that depend on it during summer e.g. Bull Run

*sigh* I REALLY hope that's it for this year. But you're totally right, it's important to be thankful for what we've got ... a warm place to live, earthquake-free area to live in, etc. The only thing I have to worry about here are the crazy drivers, lol
