I want Steve's super-duper healing powers )

Okay, Friday. Supernatural. I'm going to miss it. I'm not hyperventilating, but dang! It'll be recorded. It'll be recorded.

“It is surely possible to tell a good story with no scene, no setting at all, no indication of where we are, just as we might expect to enjoy a play presented on a bare stage. If the characters and narrative are strong enough, they will hold our interest without any background.”

Like Gracie
Fic prompt from[info]dragonfly_sg1, Steve is getting sick, but doesn't realize it. Danny does, though.

Thanks to [livejournal.com profile] dragonfly_sg1 for telling us where it didn’t make sense. (That’s not a guarantee that we fixed it.:))

From [livejournal.com profile] mags_205: This is a bit easier with fanfiction, we know the characters—but the thought of trying to put the characters into a setting without actually describing it was intriguing.

We’re no John Leggett, but we gave it a whirl. )

I watch the show. Really. But what do our intrepid foursome call their place of work? Headquarters? Command Center of the Awesome Electronics? Station?
shallowz: (AO-50)
Okay, they're really not doing anything different and you have to stomp on the little 'oh, no way would it happen like that' voice. The sentimental moments make my toes curl and yet, it is vastly entertaining for those reasons.

Of course, the main reason to watch is the chemistry between the characters. They're all so darn likable. Not to mention - because you can't help mentioning it - these are some very pretty people running amok in Hawaii.

The bromance of Steve and Danny is at center stage, but Chin and Kono are no slouches. They're interesting in their own right and there's no wishing to get back to Steve and Danny already.

And is Grace Park like size minus 0?

The guys are built - which begs the question - why haven't the shirts come off more? They're in Hawaii. Sun, surf and sand. This is a show that can do cheesy, so do it!

And I want to mess up Danny's hair....

Instead of balancing the business checkbook, there was Hawaii Five-0 watching last night. All four episodes available online.

Alex O'Loughlin - *thud*

There's a very pretty cast.

The show moves quickly. Chemistry is good. It's interesting and unrealistic enough to make me happy.

And Alex O'Loughlin ... I'll add another for him. I can do that. *nods*
