shallowzFelicity! Not enough words to describe the awesomeness of Felicity. A perfect contrast to Oliver's grim. And so dang cute/brilliant! Her conversations with Diggle. I swooned. I did. Yeah, I swooned too with Oliver laying on the table since Oliver makes laying shirtless on the table an art form, but seriously, Felicity's 'he's heavy'. Gone. Gonegonegone.
Slade turned out to be an okay kind of guy! I wasn't betting on it, but I loved that he came back for Oliver. And Oliver not wanting to be that guy. Good start, Oliver.
Diggle, he's so... Diggle. Efficient steady Diggle who would've shocked Oliver again or not shocked him at all if it weren't for Felicity. "You didn't say clear.' Hee.
The Oliver, Diggle and Felicity team. YES! Even if Felicity wisely didn't leap in with both feet. A toe. But we all know how that is going to go. I like that people have their own plans/caveats when joining Oliver in his crusade. Shows they're not stupid. And, with Oliver borderline, if not right on the line, PTSD - Diggle and Felicity show a healthy dose of common sense.
Yeah. Love this show. You might've guessed.
Oh. Wow. I didn't know it would happen. In fact. Doubted it. But the show. The boys. They're back to ripping the heart out in a serious way and, writers, whatever jump-started you in this direction, Pleasepleaseplease keep it up.
Dean has a room. He has a mattress that remembers him. He's nesting. He made burgers that Sam took to go. And yeah, it was humorous, but so dang poignant that it shot me back to the early days of SPN. Which if that's where the writers got the idea - thanks for watching!
Sam lives because Dean decreed it. The plan didn't come out that way, but seriously, that ending scene. Come on, it ripped the heart out a little, right? And it didn't feel like a repeat from earlier seasons. More like a full circle kind of thing. Sam is just as stubborn. This isn't a series where I actually think they're going to get happily ever after, but tonight gave me a little hope that maybe they could get a little HEA of their own.
The early season renewal didn't hurt.:D
